Dear Participants, soon the days of the 5th International Hunting and Game Management Symposium will come, therefore we would like to remind You of some minor but very important details. 1. Those who are not going to be accommodated at the Hotel Lycium but wish to come by car to the Hotel on the symposium days, please check the website linked below regarding the parking regulations of the hotel. Those also should bring their parking tickets to us for validation, only in this case we get information how many cars are going to park there due to the symposium. There are very few parking place in the Hotel area and unfortunately none of them are free!! http://www.hotellycium.hu/en/parking#lycium 2. Those who wish to join the symposium tour on Saturday should mind their outfit carefully. The weather most probably will be cold and wet thus You are going to need warm and waterproof clothes. We are going to leave to the Hortobágy from the Hotel reception at 8.00 am and arrive back to Debrecen at 6.00 pm. 3. The registration is going to begin at 8.00 AM on 10th November 2016. on the 1st floor of the Hotel Lycium. Please mind the information signs in the hotel. The detailed schedule of the symposium can be found on our website. In the case of occurring any problem or confusion please feel free to contact us. Poster presentations Posters should be posted no later than Thursday (10. November, 2016.) at 12:00 hours. Presenting authors are expected to stand by their poster and give a flash talk (3-5 min) during the poster sessions–Thursday 17:00-18:00 hours.
Poster Boards: Size of the panel: 220 cm (height) x 100cm (width) Posters are recommended to be prepared in size max. A0 vertical and contain the following: • Title of the poster • Name and affilitations of author(s) • Underline the presenting author’s name
Materials to fix your poster to the board will be supplied at the registration desk.
Oral presentations Please follow these requirements: • use only PowerPoint • no longer than 30 minutes
Bring a copy of your presentation to the symposium on USB stick and upload it to the laptop in the lecture room at morning on the day when you are giving your presentation.
The lecture room will be equipped with laptops, projectors, audio system, microphones and technical assistance.

On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to invite you to the 5th International Hunting and Game Management Symposium in Debrecen, Hungary, 10-12 November 2016.
The scientific program will cover several different topics from the field of game management and hunting and the objective is to present the most important scientific results from the international environment.
